Main production process: Pay-off -->Hot water washing-->Alkali washing--> Hot water washing-->Fume-free (HCl) pickling bath-->2-step water washing-->Flux bath-->Drying-->Hot-dip galvanizing bath-->Take-up
• Use gas heating(inside, outside or surface) or electricity inside heating method. Uniform Zinc temperature,
accurate control, high production efficiency and good product quality.
• For gas inside heating, nozzle with one-end immersed provides heat, air self exchanges heat with high
efficiency, to achieve high heating efficiency, can maximum reduce zinc oxidation and burning loss.
• Nitrogen wiping system, suitable for middle or high wire running speed. Through adjusting the Nitrogen flow,
pressure and wire running speed can precisely control the zinc thickness
• Zinc bath material: Metal or ceramic bath, high heating efficiency, anti-zinc corrosion, little zinc slag and
achieve long lifetime of bath
• Heat-resistant ceramic pressing roller in zinc bath, gets the advantages of heat-resistant, wearing-resistant,
no zinc slag reaction and long lifetime.
• For Gas and electrical control, we use international famous brand, control system is safe and reliable.
